About Jim Lee

Jim Lee arrived in the United States from Taiwan at 11 years old with his family and not much else. No connections. No safety net. Just the belief that hard work and bold action could change everything. After earning his Economics degree from UCLA, Jim threw himself into the competitive world of commercial real estate sales, rising to become the #1 representative in his region and #2 globally at LoopNet/CoStar. But Jim didn’t stop there. He took his $50,000 annual bonus and made a decision that would change the trajectory of his life — he invested in his first property.

Today, Jim has syndicated over 600 multifamily units across Florida and founded Formosa Investing to open the same path for others. He hosts The Real Estate Path podcast and leads the Real Estate Path Meetup in City of Industry — where he empowers investors to take their own bold leap through education, strategy, and real community.
